I am 53, its about time to learn how to bike !

I am going to follow a group of very experienced cyclists from Lugano to Geneva this is about 350 km and an average elevation of 3500 meter, some might not consider it a challenge but my legs and the end of my back think it is a stupid idea. 

Therefore i need your support, rather than injecting me the famous "pot belge" please donate to MSF Holland especially for their projects in South Soudan.
